Le festival Théâtre & Danse édition 2025 n'aura malheureusement pas lieu.
En raison de l'incertitude politique actuelle en France, marquée par la dissolution de l’Assemblée Nationale en juin 2024 et l’absence de budget national pour 2025, la compagnie Moins 5 se voit contrainte d’annuler son festival Théâtre & Danse Moins 5, initialement prévu du 29 mai au 1er juin 2025.
La compagnie ne dispose pas des moyens financiers nécessaires pour organiser cet événement sans soutien public, les recettes des billets étant insuffisantes pour couvrir l’ensemble des coûts.
Une demande de subvention a été déposée, mais aucune réponse n’a été reçue à ce jour. Le contexte national ne permet pas d’espérer un budget gouvernemental avant mars ou avril, tandis que plusieurs régions annoncent des réductions significatives de leurs budgets culturels. La Bourgogne, où l’association Moins 5 est implantée, ne devrait pas faire exception.
En attendant, nous vous invitons à découvrir ou redécouvrir l'édition 2023 du festival, et nous espérons vous retrouver prochainement pour une nouvelle édition.
The 2025 Theatre & Dance Festival will unfortunately not happen.
Due to the current political uncertainty in France, marked by the dissolution of the National Assembly in June 2024 and the absence of a national budget for 2025, the company Moins 5 is forced to cancel its Théâtre & Danse Moins 5 festival, originally scheduled from May 29 to June 1, 2025.
The company does not have the financial means necessary to organize this event without public support, as ticket revenues are insufficient to cover all the costs.
A grant application was submitted, but no response has been received to date. The national context makes it unlikely to expect a government budget before March or April, while several regions have announced significant cuts to their cultural budgets. Burgundy, where the Moins 5 association is based, is not expected to be an exception.
In the meantime, we invite you to discover or rediscover the 2023 edition of the festival, and we hope to see you soon for a new edition.
